Refund policy

Returns

For physical store purchases, goods sold are non-refundable. For exchanges, please return products in unopened/unused condition back to the original store of purchase, within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

For online purchases, exchanges & cancellations are allowed before order is processed and shipped. Please email in to customersvc@premier-deadsea.com.sg, with your order number, description of your issue & relevant images where applicable.

Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 6 months of purchase with original receipt, in accordance with Singapore's Lemon Law. Products must be in unused condition and subjected to the management's review.

 

Dead Sea Premier Singapore reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice.
